What Did Your Body Teach You This Year?

My Christmas Wish for You

My wish for you this coming year is simple:
That you walk into 2026 feeling grounded in your body, supported by your habits, and proud of how far you’ve come — even if the progress didn’t always feel obvious.

I hope your movement keeps opening up, your strength continues to build, and your confidence grows every time you step onto the tee or into a new day. I hope you feel more at home in your body, not because it’s “perfect,” but because you’ve been learning how to listen to it, work with it, and take better care of it.

And most of all, I hope you give yourself credit.
For the hard days, the slow days, the messy days, and the days you showed up anyway.
For every small improvement your body made, even when life was crazy and you turned up for yourself anyway.

You’ve learned a lot this year — through the highs, the setbacks, and the moments that asked you to pause, which I know all to well many of us struggle with. All of it is pointing you toward the kind of year you’re ready for next.

Here’s to stepping into 2026 with clarity, intention, and a body that feels supported and pretty bad ass every step of the way.
